1. How do I change my password?Top
Once signed in, click on My Account in the top right corner. You can also click on My Account in the Quick Links menu on your Dashboard. There, you will be able to update your password.
2. How do I change my username?Top
Click on My Account in the top right corner. Inside the Account Info tab, please enter your new username in the Username field and click the "Save" button at the bottom of the page.
3. How can I delete my account?Top
If you would like your account deleted please send an email request to firstname.lastname@example.org. Please remember to include your username and write Delete My Account in the subject line.
4. Why should I set my level?Top
Setting your level helps our "smart" system recommend lessons for you. The system does not set your level by default, but we are working on implementing this feature.
5. How can I unsubscribe from emails?Top
If you would like to unsubscribe, there is an unsubscribe link at the bottom of everything we send (other than subscription confirmations). Please note that if you unsubscribe from emails but continue to subscribe to the site itself, you will still receive subscription confirmations.
6. How can I choose what types of messages I receive?Top
We send several different types of messages. Often people only want to receive the Word of the Day or the Daily Lesson Alert, or other combinations. You can choose what kind of messages you receive by signing in and heading to the Account page. Just click on the Account button in the top right corner or My Account in the Quicklinks menu on your Dashboard. To the left of the page is a "Email Settings" link that you can use to manage your email subscriptions.
